Day 1 & 2 (travel days)

It has already been an adventure and I just got here. Yesterday my flight to New York got delayed so much because of the weather that they switched my flight so that I wouldn't miss my connection. I ended up on a plane to Miami and got there at 10pm.  From there I took an over night flight to Buenos Aries!! I got here at 11am this morning (6am California time). Customs took forever!!!!! I got to my host moms apartment at 2 and took a long needed nap. :) I looked over the maps of Buenos Aires with my host mom just to get to know the area a little. She is really nice, I can already tell I'm going to love  living with her. The only hard thing is she doesn't know any English. I have been doing a pretty good job communicating with her though :) I'm proud of myself! Haha there a two other students living with me too, Hana and Andus. They both seem really cool!! Me and Marta (my host Mom) are about to cook dinner and eat at like 9:30.  I think later I'm going to go out with Hana and her friends. She came to Argentina with a group of 8 people so it should be fun!

Ill post pictures tomorrow when I figure out how to use my new camera :) hehe
